Attack Up Icon ATK+ (buff):
Affected target has an increased boost to ATK stats, increasing its damage and healing output of its abilities.
Burned Icon Burned (debuff):
Target suffers Fire damage each round until the effect expires. During this effect, its DEF is also lowered. Subsequent applications of the effect refreshes the Burn effect back to its maximum duration.
Cleanse Icon Cleanse (effect):
This instant effect removes one or more Debuffs from an ally. An animation indicates the effect. A few initial and automatic Debuffs cannot be cleansed (like Ferno's Aerial Superiority, and debuffs in Boss Mode dungeons). See Purge for how to remove Buffs.
Damage Reflection Icon Damage Reduction (effect):
The damage suffered is mitigated by certain percent. Damage Reduction is capped at 90% and applied multiplicative.
Heal Ally Icon Heal (effect):
Some health (HP) of the target is restored, up to max health. Disease and other debuffs can lower the healing rate or prevent heal at all. The Skill (SKL) stat of the healer increases the heal effect. Constructs (except the Living ones) cannot be healed. There is a chance to score CRIT Heals that heal 2x the amount of a normal heal. An animation of floating green "+" signs indicate the heal effect. Regeneration is a similar effect but recovers a little health over time.
Leech Icon Leech / Lifesteal (effect):
Leech/Lifesteal is a way to restore the health (HP) of the attacker by attacking an enemy and causing damage. A percentage of damage done will return as healing. There is a chance to score a "CRIT Heal" that leechs 2x the amount of a normal leech. Vampiric runes can have a Leech effect. An animated swarm of green "+" signs indicate the Leech effect.
Health Boost Icon Max Health Boost (effect):
Target's max base health is boosted by a percentage. Additional application of the effect increases max health further but is capped at 200%. This effect is a side effect of some forms of Taunt, Heals and Passives (traits).
Purging of Sins Icon Purge (effect):
This instant effect removes one or more Buffs from an enemy. A 'poof/vanish' animation indicates the effect. See Cleanse for how to remove Debuffs.
Regeneration Icon Regeneration (buff):
Affected target regains health over time for three turns plus an initial heal upon casting the ability. Additional application refreshes the duration of the regeneration.
Judgement Day Icon Remove Corpse (effect):
The corpse of a dead enemy is removed, and cannot be revived. This counters resurrection.
Angelic Resurrection Icon Resurrection (effect):
A dead ally is revived and brought back to life with some health.

Notes and Tips

Ember Sanguine token 0 Ember Sanguine tokens are available during special portal events and in the Aether Shop exclusively. Because of the incredible amount of excess tokens needed to buy a few of her tokens she is at the moment out of reach for the majority of players. Ember is also sometimes in the heroic summon in all-star events.

Only her second ascension makes her Fast Icon fast, and is otherwise a Normal Attack hero.

On 9/20/18, Ember Sanguine token 0 Ember Sanguine was updated. This is what changed.

  • Attack-, Defense-, Health+, Skill +
  • Fire Mend now buffs allies attack, then does a ranged attack on all enemies and heals allies based on a percentage of the damage dealt by that attack. Cooldown has been reduced from 6 to 4.
  • Cauterize now cleanses all debuffs on a target ally and then heals them. If targeting an enemy, this ability will do a ranged fire attack on them that purges all buffs on hit. On a killing blow or targeting a corpse, the corpse will be removed. Cooldown has been reduced from 5 to 3.
  • Perpetual Flame has now resurrects all dead Fire allies, then buffs ALL allies, heals them, and heals them more each turn for 3 turns. This ability starts powered.
  • Ember no longer has the Pwn Undead passive.
  • Ember no longer has the Turn a Blind Eye passive.
  • Ember no longer has the Master Healer passive.
  • Ember now gets the Cloak of Fire passive, which give all allies immunity to Burn and lets them take 50% less damage from Fire attacks.
  • Ember now gets the Feed the Flames passive, which allows Fire allies to heal based on the amount of damage they deal to enemies. This amount increases as Ember is ascended (10% unascended, 15% ascended once, 25% ascended twice).
  • Ember now gets the Fire Priestess ability, which gives her attacks a base chance to burn enemies on a hit (25% unascended, 50% ascended, 100% ascended twice). In addition, after being ascended once, the ability also gives Ember an amount of damage reduction for each other Fire ally on her team (5% per ally when ascended once, 10% per ally when ascended twice).
  • Fiery Renewal now increases the max health of all allies by 5% when an enemy becomes burned. It still has its previous functionality of increasing healing for fire allies.
