you can make this hero Epic.

Doing this raises it's Skill/Def/Health by a set percentage,
as well as adding a special effect to it's Basic Attack.
Effect: Chance to deal 3x damage to his target and inflict either Freeze, Chill, or Frostbite. Then enters his Ice Block form.

Buffs (like Marrow's Taunt) can be applied when in Ice Block form. Ice Block can be purged like other buffs. Selywn's Epic can activate Ice Block again.
